I grew up in the Seventh-Day Adventist church and keeping the Sabbath is one the main tenets of the church. For us, Sabbath begins at sunset on Friday and closes at sunset on Saturday. Every Sabbath in church service you will hear the congregation repeat the 4th commandment in Exodus 20:8.
